PF: Yeah, that's what I was paying last week when I was there for the wedding. Here in Connecticut it's $3.18.

We went from $3.49 to $2.99 this week. (Although the next town over stayed at $2.99 and didn't jump up 50 cents last week like my town did. But they're not price gouging. Na!) When my town hiked their price up, I drove to the other town and waited in line to pay $2.99. I never thought I'd say that.

lol thats how i feel too. last i checked it was $3.37 for the cheap stuff here in maryland. and that was last friday. god knows what it is now

Nice cartoon! Well, we're down to $2.99 as of yesterday, so that's good. We had gone up to $3.29. I wish my job were a hell of a lot closer...

Jerzee: Sounds like the prices may be coming back down a little. It's sad when we think anything under $3/gallon is CHEAP!!
Kira: Good to know prices are falling. I commute about 30 miles each way to work. OUCH!
VBKIM: I have a little Subaru, but it's all-wheel-drive. It gets about 27 MPG. Not great, but I really need that 4-wheel drive in the winter. It cost me over $40 last time I filled up. That hurt!
