Housekeeping Tip

Always keep several get well cards on the mantel. If unexpected guests arrive, they will think you've been sick and unable to clean.

I don't have a mantel. Should I scatter them on top of the TV and the computer stand (which are both in the living room)? Haha!

No mantel in my tiny house either! I guess I could sit them on top of the piano. No wait...I don't have one of those either.

Wow, this is the first time I've hit next blog and gotten a great blog. I feel like I hit the jackpot. I usually end up with a blog dedicated to auto insurance. I've got you bookmarked. I'll be back to read more.

Now that's a great idea. I wonder if I can find the mantle under all the clutter.

On the floor would be fine. It would show you don't have the energy to pick them up.

Awww...thanks, BG. I would, but my son is home on leave from the army. I'm sticking close to home this week. Maybe next time.

Knowing my luck, my grandma would come over and then try to take care of me... feeding me chicken noodle soup, taking my temp. and so on...

but at the same time, if people knew you were sick, they are lesss apt to stay for a long period of time. they dont want to cath any leftover germs and they probably think you still need rest and dont want to be bothered...
