The Whiz, A-Z
I picked up this challenge from Paul. For your reading pleasure, here is WordWhiz, A-Z.
A
A is for Agricultural Fairs - livestock shows, contests, rides, music, crafts, fried dough, apple crisp - LOVE 'EM!
B
B is for Beagle. Daisy is my 8-year-old, overweight, epileptic beagle.
C
C is for cruising...my favorite style of vacation. I plan to retire to a cruise ship.
D
D is for Disco (naturally). DISCO RULES!!
E
E enthusiasm. I have an abundance of it. Some people find it exhausting! When I like something, I like it in a BIG way!!
F
F is for Firemen, hunky ones, of course!
G
G is for Grizzly Mama, my nickname from FoilWoman.
H
H is for house. Bought mine nearly two years ago. It was something of a fixer-upper, but I absolutely love it. And boy has it proven to be a good investment!
I
I is for ice cream - mint chocolate chip is my favorite.
J
J is for Jersey. I was born in northern New Jersey and lived there until I graduated from high school.
K
K is for kids. I've got three. My oldest is nearly 20 and is in the army, stationed in Oklahoma. My daughter is 17 and she is my best friend. My baby is 11-years-old now - Junior High - not much of a baby anymore.
L
L is for "Love of My Life" - something I seem to spend an awful lot of time looking for!
M
M is for music. I've been involved in music forever. I briefly considered majoring in music education in college.
N
N is for nephew. He's three and his name is Dylan. He's adorable.
O
O is for on-line shopping. Yeah...I'm guilty. Still, the BEST reason for the internet remains email! Love sending email, love getting email, what an invention!
P
P is for POOL BOYS for Amanda and me, from our good friend, McG.
Q
Q is for Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. I love the "fab five" but mostly I couldn't think of anything else to put for Q!
R

S
S is for singing. My daughter and I sing together in church.
T
T is for thankful. In my darkest hours, I'm still so blessed. I'm thankful for my faith, my children, my home, my health, a decent-paying job, my family and all my wonderful friends. I'm also thankful for the fast metabolism that allows me to eat that mint chocolate chip ice cream without ending up looking like Jabba the Hutt.
U
U is for unique. I've always appreciated people who look at the world with a unique perspective. Creative people are intriguing.
V
V is for VEGAS, BABY!!
W

Z
Z is for zookeeper. My sister worked for years as a zookeeper.

Pretty Good!!
And if we have the same zodiak sign, and we're not telling the year, I guess I'm about a week younger than you.
2:47 PM
Paul: Story of my life. I'm always the oldest one at the party!!
3:24 PM
You think a 100 item list is too much but you can puzzle through the alphabet? Admit it: it's just math phobia :)
4:33 PM
Kira: There are only 26 letters, not 100. I'm not 100-facts deep!!
4:40 PM
Yeah, but you took time to come up with X and Z! That's harder than coming up with a random fact, isn't it? haha! Anyway, I loved reading them, so thanks for posting!
6:01 PM
wow those were very informing!! i forgot your son was in the army. does he have to go over to hell too?
i may have to do this tomorrow. it will require lots of thought.lol
6:48 PM
Boy, you have to be really smart to drink cabernet sauvignon because it's so hard to spell. That's why most of us drink Dago Red.
(You're "X-tra" special to me too, Whizzer.)
7:04 PM
I would do that but it would all be four letter words and anything I could find that meant some sort of genitalia.
I am quite shallow when it comes to lists.
7:49 PM
very entertaining!!!!
8:48 PM
Nicely done WW. I prefer white wine myself.
9:40 PM
Steve: I thought of that. But that didn't provide any information you didn't already know. Then again, I suppose neither did F is for Firemen.
Jerzee: At this point, it doesn't look like my son will be leaving Oklahoma any time soon. Then again, we're talking about the army. Who knows?
Snake: I live it when you call me "Whizzer"!
Popfizz: Thanks for visiting me! I bet you could come up with a good list. Did you read BlogHo's response to being tagged? Hysterical!!
Charlie: Never as entertaining as your blog, Charlie! But thanks!
Lejnd: Thanks. I'll excuse your poor taste in wine because I like you.
5:22 PM
Snake: I LOVE it when you call me "Whizzer". I love it when I type accurately too. Unfortunately, it doesn't happen very often!!
