A Bush in the Hand Is Worth...
The supposed entertainment today is once again brought to you by Ol' Hoss.
We are seeing an ironic juxtaposition of events: The State of Union address followed by Groundhog Day.
One involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to a creature of little intelligence for prognostication, and the other involves a groundhog.*

The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new sexually transmitted disease, contracted through dangerous and high-risk behavior.
This disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim and pronounced "gonna re-elect him." Many victims contracted it in 2004, after have been screwed for the previous four years. Cognitive characteristics of individuals infected include: anti-social personality disorders, delusions of grandeur with messianic overtones, inability to accept responsibility for own actions, uncontrolled facial smirking, tendencies toward evangelical theocracy, categorical all or nothing behavior.
Naturalists and epidemiologists are amazed at how this destructive disease originated only a few years ago from a bush found in Texas.

My favorite word today is flutter. Adj., spit it out. Def.: The uncontrollable movement of the lips of a person unconsciously helping a stutterer.

I love that disease - and fortunately we can't do that again!! At least not this time.
I just realized that the State of the Union address was not on the 20th. why did they move it to the end of the month?

Did you hear Bush talking about genetic research? How he wants to outlaw the creation of human animal hybrids thereby cheating us all out of our chance to own a personal monkey-boy housekeeper?!?
Gonorrhea lectim....pretty good.
