"Whose Line Is It Anyway?"

I'm going to see Wayne Brady from "Whose Line Is It Anyway" this evening with Paul, my daughter and my daughter's boyfriend. I will essentially be a double dating with my 17-year-old daughter. That's something I never expected to be doing.

Life can throw some weirdness at us from time to time.

Have fun!

That is an interesting situation to say the least.

This is good. Don't forget, the young boyfriend needs to pass Paul's muster, too. Always helps to have a second opinion.

Yeah, my daughter and I just love Wayne Brady. He's amazing! How does he come up with all that stuff?? I was our idea to go...we're just dragging the guys along.

Gene: Paul has met my daughter's beau, but I didn't ask his opinion. Good idea!! I'll let you know.

Your daughter's seeing Wayne Brady? Wow! Here's a game - when the waiter comes over to take your order, make sure that he only speaks questions to the waiter. And get Paul to speak only in Elvis song titles.

Rock: He was amazing. How can anyone think that fast? I left a response to your comment about the Halloween costume on that post.

Steve: Sorry, I forget we don't all have the same TV shows! Glad you knew what I was talking about. Is that another one that started out over there on your side of the pond?

Jerzee: The format of the performance was pretty much the format of the show. They even did the Irish Drinking Song! And you should have seen him as Tina Turner! Hysterical!

Kenju: Had I known you wanted a ticket...

GG: It was fun, but there's that awkward moment at the end of the evening where no one wants to kiss her date goodnight in front of the mom/daughter.

Chickadee: It was fun. Hard to get up for work this morning, though.

Merkin: It was at the performing arts center - no wait staff or food. I cooked dinner at my house before we left.

How was Wayne? I loved his hootenanny songs, and his portrayal of a superhero with useless superhero qualities (Colin was Captain Buttocks, and Wayne was something else, I'm just drawing a blank mid post. Help me out here.)
