Google Images

It's bad enough to be blatantly stealing ideas from other bloggers, but here I've gone and stolen from the SAME blogger two days in a row!!

My buddy, Bandit, posted a piece about using his site meter to determine who visited his blog and how they arrived there. The most interesting avenues to his blog were through various search engines.

I've noticed that I sometimes get a lot of hits through Google image searches. Just for fun, I went to Google and typed in some photos I've posted recently...State House in Boston, Trinity Church, Duck Boat...nothing. I thought maybe I needed to look for older photos, theorizing that perhaps it takes a while for an image to be FOUND by Google and added to their catalog. I tried doing a search for (naturally): "Hunky Fireman". You guessed it!! Nearly every single image that came up on the first page was from wordwhiz.blogspot!! WOW! Hunky firemen truly are my claim to fame!!

Wanting to diversify my reputation...a woman is more than her fireman fetish alone...I scanned my archives for some ideas. I created this blog back in April and soon thereafter met my friend Amanda through some comments on McG's blog. Through these back and forth comments, Amanda and I somehow hired McG to pimp us up some hunky pool boys. When the pool boys did not arrive, we left the occasional nasty note on his site, indicating our dissatisfaction with his customer service.
